Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to users of the Postbuddy platform who choose either our free or paid subscription plans.

Postbuddy offers two plans:

All prices are exclusive of VAT:

For Danish customers, a 25% VAT will be applied.
For customers outside Denmark, reverse charge may apply (in accordance with EU VAT rules).

Subscriptions are billed monthly, starting on the date of subscription activation.
Payments are processed through Stripe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
An invoice will be issued for each successful payment.
Letter costs are billed at the time of campaign creation

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellations can be made at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No commitment periods or lock-ins apply.
Postbuddy reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our platform policies.

We will provide 30 days notice for any pricing changes and will notify you via the email address associated with your account.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Denmark.
